User Agreement

By accessing or using the Crewdo.ai service, website, and applications (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crewdo.ai regarding your use of the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

Services

Crewdo.ai provides an interview preparation platform that uses artificial intelligence to simulate job interviews. Our Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Mock interview simulations with AI
• Interview feedback and analysis
• Interview recording and playback
• Educational resources about interview techniques

The Service is constantly evolving, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, or a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Collect or track the personal information of others
• Spam, phish, or engage in other deceptive practices
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Service. We may investigate any reported violations of our Terms and take any action we deem appropriate.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Crewdo.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Crewdo.ai.

You retain any rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and improving the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimers

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Crewdo.ai and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that:

1. the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location;
2. any errors or defects will be corrected;
3. the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or
4. the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

We do not guarantee that the AI will perfectly simulate human interviewers or that using our Service will guarantee success in actual job interviews.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Crewdo.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
2. any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
3. any content obtained from the Service; and
4. unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content,

whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
